====== How to Request a Return ======

If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps to initiate a return on our platform.  
Please review our **Return Policy** to ensure your item is eligible for return.

===== Step 1: Go to Your Orders =====
  * Log in to your account.  
  * Navigate to the **My Orders** section in your profile.  

===== Step 2: Find the Item You Wish to Return =====
  * Locate the specific order and item you want to return.  
  * Select **Request a Return** next to the item.  

===== Step 3: Choose a Return Reason =====
  * Follow the prompts to specify the reason for your return.  
  * You may be asked to provide additional information or upload photos if the item is defective or damaged.  

===== Step 4: Confirm Return Details =====
  * Review the return instructions provided (packing and shipping details).  
  * Once confirmed, you’ll receive a return label or instructions for sending the item back.  

===== Step 5: Ship the Item =====
  * Pack the item securely according to the return instructions.  
  * Attach the return label (if provided) to the package.  
  * Drop off the package at the designated shipping location or arrange for a pickup if applicable.
