The **My Reviews** section in your Seller Dashboard allows you to view all feedback given by customers on your products.  
Monitoring your reviews helps you **stay informed about customer satisfaction** and **respond proactively to any concerns**.  
Here’s how to navigate this section:

==== Filter Your Search ====
To find specific reviews, use the filters provided:

  * **From Date** and **To Date** — view reviews within a selected date range.  
  * **Status** — filter reviews by their status, such as ''pending'' or ''approved''.  
  * **Rating** — filter based on the star rating to focus on positive or critical feedback.  

==== Search and Reset ====
  * After setting your filters, click the **Search** button to view results that match your criteria.  
  * To reset the filters and view all reviews, click the **Reset** button.  

==== Review Details ====
This section lists all the reviews based on your search. Use these insights to improve your products or services.

  * Consider responding to reviews where appropriate to show customers that you **value their feedback**.
