Changing Password and Account Security

2. Select Security Settings and click on Change Password.
3. Enter your current password, followed by your new password.
4. Make sure your new password is strong, using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
5. Confirm the new password, then save your changes.

• Avoid common words or personal information.
• Use at least 8 characters with letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Change your password regularly.
• Avoid reusing passwords from other accounts.

2. Once enabled, you’ll receive a unique code via SMS or email each time you log in.
3. This ensures that only you have access to your account.

• Regularly check your account activity for unauthorized logins or changes.
• If you notice anything unusual, contact our support team immediately.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
4. If you don’t receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact customer support.

• If you receive suspicious emails or notifications claiming to be from us, do not click any links or provide information.
• Report such incidents to our support team immediately.
