If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps to initiate a return on our platform.

Step 1: Go to Your Orders
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the My Orders section in your profile.
Step 2: Find the Item You Wish to Return
Locate the specific order and item you want to return.
Select Request a Return next to the item.
Step 3: Choose a Return Reason
Follow the prompts to specify the reason for your return.
You may be asked to provide additional information or upload photos if the item is defective or damaged.
Step 4: Confirm Return Details
Review the return instructions provided (packing and shipping details).
Once confirmed, you’ll receive a return label or instructions for sending the item back.
Step 5: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely according to the return instructions.
Attach the return label (if provided) to the package.
Drop off the package at the designated shipping location or arrange for a pickup if applicable.
Step 6: Track Your Return
Once shipped, monitor the return status in your My Orders section.
You’ll be notified when the return has been processed and your refund or exchange is issued.
