How to Request a Return


If you need to return an item, follow these simple steps to initiate a return on our platform. Please review our Return Policy to ensure your item is eligible for return.

Step 1: Go to Your Orders

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to the My Orders section in your profile.

Step 2: Find the Item You Wish to Return

  • Locate the specific order and item you want to return.
  • Select Request a Return next to the item.

Step 3: Choose a Return Reason

  • Follow the prompts to specify the reason for your return.
  • You may be asked to provide additional information or upload photos if the item is defective or damaged.

Step 4: Confirm Return Details

  • Review the return instructions provided (packing and shipping details).
  • Once confirmed, you’ll receive a return label or instructions for sending the item back.

Step 5: Ship the Item

  • Pack the item securely according to the return instructions.
  • Attach the return label (if provided) to the package.
  • Drop off the package at the designated shipping location or arrange for a pickup if applicable.

Step 6: Track Your Return

  • Once shipped, monitor the return status in your My Orders section.
  • You’ll be notified when the return has been processed and your refund or exchange is issued.
