At ComeMarket, we believe in empowering our sellers with a transparent and profitable platform. That’s why we charge 0% commission on most sales! You keep 100% of your sales revenue in most categories, allowing you to grow your business without hidden fees or unexpected costs.

How Does It Work?

No Sales Commission – Unlike other marketplaces, we do not take a percentage of your sales.
Simple Subscription Model – Instead of sales commissions, sellers start with a low-cost introductory subscription, followed by a predictable annual renewal.
Full Profit Control – What you earn is entirely yours!

Subscription Model

At ComeMarket, we use a subscription-based model instead of charging commissions on most sales.

Free Trial

New sellers receive:

First 500 eligible sellers: 60 days of FREE subscription access
All other new sellers: 30 days of FREE subscription access
Up to 100 product listings during the free trial
Access to seller tools and marketplace features
No upfront subscription fees or commitment required

This free trial allows sellers to create their stores, list products, explore the marketplace, and reach potential customers worldwide without upfront subscription costs.

After the free period, sellers can choose a paid subscription plan to continue growing their business.

First Subscription

After the free trial:

€144 for 6 months (equivalent to just €24/month)

This introductory subscription is designed to help sellers continue growing their business with lower initial costs.

Annual Renewal

After the initial 6-month period:

sellers renew their subscription annually at €288 (equivalent to just €24/month)

This model keeps costs predictable while giving sellers unlimited access to platform tools and features.

Important Note:

Sellers may choose the Annual Pro Plan (€288/year) directly after their free trial, without purchasing the 6-month Growth Plan (€144).

The Growth Plan is a one-time subscription designed to help new sellers establish their stores, attract customers, and grow their businesses during the first six months. After completing the Growth Plan, sellers who wish to continue selling move to the Annual Pro Plan, with manual annual renewals.

Special Conditions

For specific categories like Real Estate and Automobiles, a small transaction fee applies in addition to the subscription.

Additional Fees for Real Estate & Automobiles

While ComeMarket offers 0% commission for most categories, a small 2% transaction fee applies to successful sales in the Real Estate and Automobiles categories.

Why 2%?

This minimal fee helps maintain high-quality listings and ensures fair usage of the platform, all while keeping costs significantly lower than other marketplaces.

Example Calculations (2% fee):

Selling a car for €10,000 → €200 commission
Selling a property for €200,000 → €4,000 commission

Even with this small transaction fee, ComeMarket remains one of the most cost-effective platforms, compared to traditional marketplaces charging 10-20% per sale.
